Mihajlo Donev starts his professional career at the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia in 2015 in the Education and Human Resources Development Center where he developed expertise in the field of formal and non-formal education and project management.

His educational background consists of Bachelor of science in Financial management at Economic Faculty of Skopje and Master of science in Project management at Faculty of electrical engineering and information technologies in Skopje, with area of interest in application of Project management in digitalization of SMEs.

Donev is certified International consultant for Vocational education and training by the Swiss Federal University of Vocational Education and Training (SFUVET), Switzerland and certified Scrum Master and Product Owner – as part of agile project management methodologies.

He is co-author of several Chamber publications in the field of export, new business trends, Guidelines for apprenticeship and summer practice and Analysis that tangle vocational education and qualifications.
