Dr. Gerhard Laga is deputy head of unit of the department for Service management and ICT in the federal Austrian Economic Chamber.

The law graduate has been leading the AustriaPro working group E-Billing, which developed the Austrian XML standard ebInterface, for 15 years.

During the latest years, he is also working on technical and legal questions concerning blockchain-technology.

He represents Austria in relevant EU committees, is a lecturer at universities of applied sciences and the University of Vienna and author of numerous specialist books.
