AZ Group
AZ Group is a producer of natural ingredients and a service provider for clients in the food, pet food, agricultural and livestock, bio-energy, and pharmaceutical industries. The group consists of four distinct companies, each producing and targeting different end consumers, thus enabling the diversification of the product portfolio and service offerings for multiple industries.
The first company of the group – “I.N.C.A.” Ltd., was founded in 2008 and is the only Albanian company that produces natural casings, which serve as raw materials for the meat processing and sausage production industry. In addition to supplying the largest companies in Albania, INCA Ltd. exports its products to more than 12 different European countries, such as Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Portugal, etc.
The second company – “PetEat” Ltd. has been operating since 2018 in the production of natural dog chews/natural treats for pets. In addition to exporting to various European markets, PetEat distributes its natural products in Albania under two registered brands: “Cheer Chews” and “PetEat.”
The third company of the group – “AZ Rendering Ltd.,” is the only modern plant to produce agricultural and livestock inputs of animal origin. AZ Rendering’s two final products – animal protein and fat – find wide application in livestock farming, agriculture, and even the energy industry as biodiesel. Since 2023, AZ Rendering has introduced the first high-performance industrial organic fertilizer in the Western Balkans market under the brand name “AZ Fert.”

The 4th company of the group is a partnership with foreign investors, operating in the pharmaceutical industry, producing raw materials as a precursor to produce two different API’s (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)
In the entirety of its operations, AZ Group represents the first and among the only business groups in Albania that operates with a business model 100% based on the circular economy, with production processes with zero technological waste and a negative carbon footprint, thus taking care of the environment and nature.
