Radman Šelmić, PhD, Advisor to the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia for green and circular economy and digital transformation.
He is mostly focused on designing and implementing projects aimed at improving ecosystems in the domain of green transformation in general and circular economy in particular, cooperation with international institutions and Universities. Radman holds PhD in political economy from Goldsmiths, University of London, and significant part of his academic work was focused on green topics, in particular green finance. Prior to his position in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he was working for several years as a Research Fellow at the Lloyds Banking Group Centre for Responsible Business, at the Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham. At that time he was in charge of the Responsible Finance section of the Centre and his interests were mostly focused on the asymmetric effects of financial crises, state investment banks and green finance.
