Eduard Costin, M.Sc., Director of Foreign Affairs Department, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania
Eduard Costin completed an engineering degree at the Polytechnic Institute of Iaşi, Romania, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering.
He started working at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania in 2019 as Director of the Foreign Affairs Department.
Before the Chamber, Mr. Costin worked as Counsellor for Foreign Affairs in the aviation industry of Romania (2015-2019); Economic Counsellor, Head of Economic Section of the Embassy of Romania in Iran (2011-2015); Counsellor for Middle East in the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of Romania (2009-2011); Economic Counsellor of the Embassy of Romania in China (2005-2009) and CEO in the private industry of Romania (1997-2005).
Between 1993 and 1996, Mr. Costin held the positions of President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Iaşi County and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Iaşi County.
