Ana Raičević graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. In more then 20 years long professional career, Ana Raičević performed various job titles up to today’s position. Before joining Association of Metalworking and Power Industry, Mrs. Raičević was Director of Quality Centre in CCIS, dealing with standardization, management systems and corporate social responsibility.

She is an active member of numerous working groups, project teams and technical commities, whose main goal is to improve competitiveness of Serbian companies and help them to place their product on intrernational and/or domestic market. During the latest years as a Secretary of Association of Metalworking and Power Industry, her main responsibility is to support companies in overcoming all challenges and requirements, especially in the field od digitalization, automation of processes, innovation, sustainability, in order to become a part of supply chains of international companies.
